For out of office hours, please contact individual care homes.
We are pleased to soon be able to welcome visitors back to our Care Homes as the Government’s new rapid lateral flow C-19 test is made available to us. This new test is truly welcome as loved ones have not been able to meet properly for a long time, however its roll-out will take time. Throughout the coming weeks, Resident safety and infection control will remain our top priority. There will be a lot of family members wanting to visit Residents, so all visits will need to be pre-booked with your local Home and will be subject to local public health authority controls, the Home’s local circumstances and dynamic risk assessment. Please support our dedicated teams as they strive to balance visits with the continued smooth running of our Homes.

We aim to find something for everyone at our home – a varied activity programme is hugely important to the care we provide.
Residents are encouraged to pursue their own hobbies and our dedicated activity co-ordinators will help them to continue any pastime once they're settled in. There's also a wide range of group activities on offer, from game sessions, Bingo and a gardening group to weekly arts and crafts sessions. Our schedule of activities is a great way for residents to get to know one another.
We also have a mobile hairdresser, local singers and musicians who visit regularly. Outside the home we organise trips to local places of interest such as the Black Country Museum, Merry Hill Shopping Centre, local Bingo hall and visits to the local garden centre.
Soon after a new resident arrives a member of the care team will be along to chat about any food-related likes and dislikes, as well as any special dietary requirements.
Their details are then passed on to our expert chef.
All our single bedrooms are attractively decorated, with lovely views out across the gardens. Each room is fitted with a smoke detector and a 24-hour call system for added peace of mind.
Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms with their ornaments, pictures and small items of furniture.
